Mô tả công việc
Roles and Responsibilities
• Working closely with architectural and design teams to plan, visualise and to create high quality images that achieve outstanding levels of realism and light application in both interior and exterior scenes, still and moving images
• You will have a leading role in developing an in-house style of imagery together with contributing towards continued development within the practice by assisting less experienced colleagues in using visualisation software.
• You will create photo-realistic renderings and animations for a variety of projects, including mixed-use, residential, healthcare, cultural, academic, and master plans.
• Ensuring all ideas are represented as accurately and attractively as possible.
• Demonstrating and showcasing a wide range of 3D skills and techniques of high quality architectural visuals to clients during meeting.

Yêu cầu
Job Requirements
• A degree or diploma in architecture/art/design or a relevant field.
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• At least 6 years in architectural visualisation, creating renderings for the exterior and interior of tall buildings, commercial, and residential projects.
• Advanced skills in 3D Max, Adobe Photoshop, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino and other computer applications.
• An understanding of Lumion/unity/UE4 workflow
• Great understanding of modelling and lighting in order to create professional high quality CGIs for varied projects.
• Ability to work as a team or independently.
• Be a self-motivated and creative individual that accepts responsibility and assumes authority in a positive manner.
• Successfully demonstrate a collaborative team approach and attitude.
• Provide innovative solutions where constructive thinking is required.
