As an Account Intern, you will be working full-time, in-office with Dentsu Creative Account team in Hanoi. The position's primary responsibility is to assist the Senior Account Executive and Account team with daily paperwork and administrative tasks.

Job Description:
Key Accountabilities
Support the Senior Account Executive and Account team in the daily paperwork process, including but not limited to preparing proposals, quotations, contracts, liquidations, and related documents.
Undertake administrative tasks such as preparing materials and equipment setup for meetings, recording, and handling meeting recaps.
Act as a real-time Eng-Vie translator to DC expats via team chat during meetings.
Follow up on assigned tasks with internal and external teams.
Be the eye and ear of your team, keep us updated with new observations/ trends/ insights/ ideas in the market and culture.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications
Preferably pursuing a university degree in communication/ business/ commerce/ management or relevant fields.
Good command of English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent)
Highly attentive to details, organized, with good critical thinking
Good interpersonal skills
Good with numbers
Decent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook) and Branding/Marketing basics
Commitment to work as an intern for a 6-month-period
