Job Description:
To external:
Be responsible for the management of relationships with clients and act as the senior point of contact for clients.
Drive the project strategy & outcomes. Managing client expectations and satisfaction with high standards in every campaign.
Manage the accounts professionally which involves planning & preparing proposals & controlling clients' advertising budgets.
Provide insightful analysis & recommendations that will support the execution process.
To internal:
Take charge of administrative tasks including but not limited to paperwork, invoice control, on-time payment chasing & queries in liaison with Finance and Production.
Assign tasks, manage the team's workload and performance, and give feedback to team members promptly and periodically.
Deliver training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge efficiently in project management.
Keep the relevant team(s) well-informed & engaged in projects; ensure projects run smoothly, & help team members feel empowered, respected, and educated.
Work closely to keep the General Director well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Assist the General Director's needs in advance of meetings, planning and implementing projects towards achieving goals and missions of the company.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Above 3 years experience in Account Management (Working at agency is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Upper-intermediate level of English.
Proficient or expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, media databases and social media networks.
Ability to manage projects from conceptualization to completion.
Key skills:
Great understanding of advertising and marketing principles.
Strong organizational, negotiating and time-management skills.
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented and strive for continuous perfection. Have a good sense of visual art to brief, judge and give constructive feedback to the creative team.
Ability to work under high pressure and tight deadlines.
