Structured as a matrix organization of six geographical regions and ten platforms, Louis Dreyfus Company is active in over 100 countries and employs approximately 15,000 people globally.Main ResponsibilitiesDaily Tasks• Daily prepare bank payment orders and update into the accounting system.• Daily check & record bank transactions, including credit notes, debit notes, loans, FX deals, loan interest charges...• Daily reconcile bank accounts with bank statements.• Monitor & record payment requests for costs associated with business operating activities.• Monitor AR/AP aging report and highlight if any issues.• Other tasks as assigned.Month-end Tasks• Analyze the monthly expenses and perform necessary accrual transactions, cost allocations to ensure incurred costs/expenses during the month fully captured.• Reconcile balance sheet accounts according to reconciliation schedule set. • Prepare VAT report.
