Mô tả công việc
- Assist the Accounting Manager in managing and supervising daily accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes.
- Monitor and analyze accounting data to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and legislation that may affect the company's financial operations.
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the Accounting Manager or senior management.

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A master's degree or CPA designation is a plus.
- Proven work experience in accounting or finance, with at least 7 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and consolidated financial statements
- Proficiency in SAP systems
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven work experience in accounting or finance, with at least 7 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
