- Collaborate with various departments within the company to coordinate the budgeting process.
- Manage the budgeting process, assess resources for each department, project, and cycle, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Consolidate company-wide budget plans and business goals.
- Communicate and implement the budget to each department in the organization.
- Regulate the budget execution across departments to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Collect and process information on asset fluctuations, capital, revenue, costs, profits, and other financial relationships within the department and the entire company.
- Review and control the execution of cost standards and budget forecasts against the planned targets.
- Provide timely warnings for budget variances in each department.
- Analyze and evaluate information to be provided to the Board of Directors through the management reporting system.
- Advise the Board of Directors on decision-making options.
- Train, assign tasks, and manage subordinate staff.
