We are looking for a versatile Accounts Manager with strong organizational and communication skills who can also serve as a Personal Assistant to our executive team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management
Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in accordance with company policies and Vietnamese regulations.
Conduct periodic financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Liaise with clients, banks, and auditors to ensure smooth financial operations and regulatory compliance.
Personal Assistance
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling confidential information.
Organize travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistical arrangements for both business and personal needs.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Act as the main point of contact between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.

Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
Female priority, under 32 years old
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Proficient in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Knowledge of English is an advantage.
Personality Traits: Highly trustworthy, proactive, with a problem-solving mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
