Job Description:
Senior Ad Optimizer is responsible for executing day-to-day digital ad campaigns with an emphasis on paid search, display, video, and social ads. The role supports Sales and Accounts in campaign tactics, quotations and monitoring campaign effectiveness, making recommendations on adjustments and creating opportunities to improve campaign's performance. A solid understanding of the principles of digital advertising and ad platforms is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in detail-oriented, analytics and result-driven.
Responsibilities:
Execute digital ad campaigns by managing, monitoring and optimizing the cost and performance of ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
Assist with evaluating and implementing the right analytics tools.
Measure, analyze and report on the campaigns, updates throughout the duration of campaign and optimization suggestions.
Work collaboratively with the BD team to create quotations and proposals for new and existing vertical clients.
Work collaboratively with the Creative team in terms of ad content and banners.
Requirements:
More than 2 years experience in Ad Optimizer position
BA/BSc in Economics, Marketing or equivalence
Direct experience managing campaigns through Google Ads and Facebook Ads
Experience with keyword research, competitive insights, analytics tools
Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, time management skills
Sharp attention to detail and ability to multitask
Willing to learn, teamwork spirit, result-oriented and responsible
Good verbal and written communication skills, good command of English
Proficiency with MS Excel and PowerPoint
Design and/or HTML, CSS, JS knowledge is a plus
