Mô tả công việc
Prepare and manage contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers.
Monitor and handle accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accurate and timely billing and payments.
Maintain proper documentation of contracts, invoices, and other important paperwork.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all documentation and financial records.
Manage weekly leave reports.
Manage weekly food & beverage orders and office supplies.
Assist in organizing company events, including order processing, invoicing, and payment management.
Oversee office supplies and equipment inventory.
Order office stationery and kitchen supplies as needed.
Assist with other office duties as required by management.

At least 6 months of experience in office administration or a similar role.
Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
Highly detail-oriented and accurate, especially in handling contracts and financial records.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Honesty and highly responsibility. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
