Mô tả Công việc
1. Responsible for the daily administrative and comprehensive affairs management of KKV Vietnam;
2. Responsible for fixed asset management, ensuring consistency of asset accounts and improving asset utilization;
3. Cooperate with cleaning staff to carry out logistical support work such as office area cleaning, and public environmental health supervision and inspection;
4. Responsible for the purchase of office supplies, department materials, etc.
5. Responsible for employee dormitory management, ensuring a good dormitory environment and improving employee accommodation experience;
6. Assist in making arrangements for external reception, arrange reception rooms, tea preparations, etc. in a timely manner, and make parking arrangements for visitors in advance;
7. Organize the company's security work to ensure the safety of the company's property and employees, conduct regular or irregular inspections of the company's internal security conditions and
safety equipment, and handle problems in a timely manner if problems are discovered;
8. Other related work assigned by superiors.
