Our client is a foreign-invested manufacturing company, now looking for an Agronomy Supervisor (Agriculture, $1700, ID15131):
Manage local agronomists to locate and choose farmers, offer technical guidance, and buy fruit in compliance with the requirements set by the company
Oversee agronomists in the recruitment of new farmers and the training, direction, and oversight of farmers to ensure that raw materials are produced in compliance with the company's specifications
Control agronomists to provide farmers with guidance on medicine use, apply fertilizer as required by the company, and setup quarantines.
Provide farmers with instruction on productive farming methods and proper farming practices.
Configure and oversee experimental models
Provide technical and practical training to subordinates
Provide the company with enough raw materials in the appropriate quantity, quality, and timing.
Work with departments to arrange for the transportation and acquisition of raw materials
Carry out the Company's plans for raw materials
Solve arising problems in the assigned region and conduct surveys from farmers to give ideas for improvement
