Assisstant Manager, Strategic PlanningCAPITALAND DEVELOPMENT (VIETNAM)

This person will be responsible for assisting the Director, Sales & Marketing and Strategic Planning Manager in formulating and executing strategies to ultimately support the sales targets of the company. This role will assist the superior in liaising of among internal parties such as the Board of Management, Investment & Portfolio Management, Design and Project Management teams, as well as external parties such as Sales Agencies, Research Consultants, etc.
- Supports the execution of all matters relating to Sales strategy, including Sales pricing and sales policies;
- Support superiors in preparing recommendation for internal approvals, reporting, sales program, project budget planning and forecasting etc.,
- Support superiors in coordinating with Sales Agent in Sales related matters (Sales Documentation procedures and process, Product Information, Training & Launch,...);
- Conduct market research when necessary to support certain requirements of the department and the Company at different stages of our projects;
- Actively works with internal departments for efficient execution of strategy;
- Performs other duties as required on the job;
