Mô tả công việc
* BRAND DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT
- Support the department head in developing a brand promotion strategy.
- Detail the Marketing strategies into specific Marketing plans by quarter, by month, by campaign, by project.
- Work with professional groups (Digital, PR, BTL, Trade, Customercare) and related departments to implement, check and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs.
- Develop ideas, solutions on products, services and briefs for the technology product team to meet the requirements of the project, the business department, deploy and monitor the project.
* MARKET ANALYSIS; REPORT
- Organize market research activities of the projects in charge (Planning, selecting partners, organizing and supervising implementation...).
- Collect information and process information about the market, consumers, competitors... from there, propose solutions for Marketing activities.
- Periodically evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities and propose solutions
- Budget management.

Yêu cầu
- Education: University degree in Marketing, Economics, Foreign Affairs or related majors
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position and experience in fast-moving consumer goods companies (FMCG)
- Data analysis and processing skills, report building, data-driven thinking.
- Understanding of UI/UX is an advantage.
- Multitasking with diverse departments.
- Self-directed, creative and able to work independently to focus on results.
- Proficient in common office software (Word, Excel, Power point, Internet, Outlook...)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position and experience in fast-moving consumer goods companies (FMCG)
