1. Main Responsibilities:
Participate in contributing ideas and planning for the company's programs and activities.
Monitor, evaluate data and report on the company's financial situation, perform data analysis (if any) as requested by the director.
Support departments/divisions in performing work, ensuring all operations run smoothly and achieve optimal performance.
Receive and review documents from departments and divisions and submit them to the director for approval.
Receive information from the director and then clearly and accurately communicate with relevant departments, receive feedback from superiors.
Take notes of meeting information, working minutes, and summarize content.
Participate in supporting the human resources department in implementing other requests of the director.
Perform other tasks as requested by the director

1. Candidate requirements:
General requirements
1-2 years experience required
Good communication in English
Graduated from business administration, economics,... or related fields
Love creative work
Flexible, adaptable, and able to perform many different tasks
Having IT background, such as: eCommerce, Digital / Affiliate Marketing... is an advantage.
Age (1998 - 2001)
Skills
Careful, honest in work
Proactive, self-study ability
Committed, highly responsible in work
Ability to withstand high pressure at work

Working hours from 08:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, with a 1.5-hour lunch break.
