We are seeking a proactive and innovative Assistant Manager - Machine Development to join our Process Innovation team in the Technical Support Center. In this role, you will:
• Based on bra development requirements, create suitable devices and fixtures to aid production, particularly for bras.
• Proactively undertake projects aimed at reducing headcount, improving quality, and streamlining methods and handling.
• Lead mechanical and electronic engineers to enhance the efficiency of current machines, devices, and fixtures.
• Coordinate the establishment of a workshop, securing capex and raising PR for all tooling machinery and raw materials needed.
• Arrange daily workload and follow up on outstanding action plans; create operating SOPs.
• Budget and calculate the cost of machines, devices, and fixtures, including the return on investment period.
• Collaborate with cross-functional departments for smooth implementation and communication.
• Manage and implement projects from our sister factory in China that produces intimate products.
• Develop the annual department budget and set goals for staff.
• Address other ad hoc issues as they arise.
