Roles and Responsibilities
1. Administration:
- Calendar Management:
+) Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
+) Ensure timely reminders and preparation for meetings, including gathering necessary documents and materials.
- Communication Management:
+) Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, etc.) and respond on behalf of the CEO when appropriate.
+) Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations to ensure professionalism and clarity.
- Document Management:
+) Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records.
+) Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items to relevant parties.
- Project Coordination:
+) Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO.
+) Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Budget and Expense Management:
+) Assist with tracking and managing the CEO's expenses, including processing invoices and reimbursements.
+) Support the preparation of budgets and financial reports as needed.
- Office Management:
+) Oversee office supplies and inventory, ensuring that necessary materials are stocked and available.
+) Liaise with vendors and service providers to maintain office functionality.
- Event Coordination:
+) Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, venue selection, and catering arrangements.
+) Ensure that all events are executed smoothly and professionally.
2. Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and market trends.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and proposals for potential clients.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as required.
3. Training and Development:
- Engage in training programs to develop sales skills and industry knowledge.
- Work closely with senior management to understand sales processes and customer relationship management.
4. Communication:
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Represent the CEO in meetings and discussions when required.

Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in administrative roles; experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow within the company.
• Fluent English 4 skills (IELTS 6.0, at least).
• 2+ years of experience in administrative roles; experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
