Job Summary:
The Affiliate Marketing Executive for KOL/KOC/Publisher will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our network of content creators, including Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), and Publishers. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, exceptional relationship management/communication skills, and a proven track record in driving growth through influencer partnerships. This position requires a combination of communication planning, issue resolution, and a strong knowledge base in working with digital content creators.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, KOCs, Publishers, and Content Creators, ensuring mutual growth and sustainable partnerships.
Secured Affiliate Revenue for Strategic Brands: closely work with internal Brand Partnership & Category teams to build up effective action plans for sustainable sales growth, which is based on the source of growth from Affiliate KOL/KOC/Publisher.
Issue Resolution: Serve as the main point of contact for all affiliate partner-related issues, including technical difficulties, operational challenges, deal coordination, payment issues, and strategic deal promotion.
Network Expansion: Actively seek out and onboard new publishers and content creators, segmenting partners based on their expertise and experience in different categories and product lines to enhance Tiki's affiliate marketing revenue and attractiveness.
Knowledge and Skills in Working with Influencers: Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of how to engage and work effectively with KOLs, KOCs, and Publishers, ensuring productive and mutually beneficial relationships.
Experience with Digital Platforms: A plus for candidates with previous experience working with TikTok creators or in affiliate marketing roles that leverage similar platforms.
Account Management: Exhibit an excellent skill set in managing accounts and deploying well-planned communication and marketing strategies to enhance partner satisfaction and performance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in e-commerce, business development, or affiliate marketing, with a strong preference for those who have worked directly with KOLs/KOCs/Publishers.
Demonstrated success in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, with a focus on influencer partnerships.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
Strong business or commercial acumen, driven by results and performance metrics.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in e-commerce or online retail.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and Affiliate Platforms.
