• Preparation of monthly payroll and related reports including calculation of monthly personal income tax ("PIT"), social/health/unemployment insurance ("SHUI") contribution and net take home, etc. based on the information provided by the clients;
• Preparation of monthly/ quarterly PIT returns, PIT finalisation, individual PIT returns as requested by the clients;
• Performing tasks related to the payment services (if any) including preparation of payments based on client's request and approval, releasing payments to the bank to make sure all payments are settled on time as sccheduled, preparation and sending fund request as well as follow up the fund status, preparing bank reconciliation on a monthly basis;
• Performing tasks in relation to the SHUI compliance including preparation and submission of the monthly reports to the SI agency, renewal of HI cards, SI book combination, processing claims for SI benefits, etc. as requested by the clients;
• Performing procedures in relation to the tax code registration and dependant registration for the clients' employees based on the information provided and as requested by the clients;
• Preparation of statutory labour reports as requested by the clients;
• Draft responses to clients' queries and advice as requested;
• Carrying out other tasks as assigned.
