Job Description:
Manage and implement PR projects- lead strategic planning for PR campaigns in Vietnam based on clients' objectives ensuring progress and quality of work.
Offer insightful advice and recommendations to clients and team regarding PR, influencer and social media opportunities
Able to act as first point of contact for the internal team and related third parties
Participate in new business pitches and establish Golden as an invaluable long-term partner for marketing and communications services to clients
Mentor, manage and supervise members of the PR & Communications team
Plan for team development and training
Lead and coordinate with team to proceed the projects and ensure high performance
Measure and report performance of campaigns to two partners of the company
Requirements:
Skills:
Project management skills: managing time, financial and human resources, handling arising issues and risks.
Client Service skills: consulting and providing solutions for clients, building and developing relationships with clients and partners.
PR Service skills: building relationships with the media, developing PR content, managing media risks and crises.
Implementation planning skills: building budget plans and PR plans, assessing the feasibility of plans.
Preferences:
Experience in technology, nutrition, healthcare industries.
Experience in implementing PR projects combined with Social outreach and Influencer.
Experience leading PR projects with a scale of 3 billion VND or more.
Leadership skills and the ability to lead a small team (1-2 members).
Other
Media Relations skills in the technology sector.
Excellent Client Service skills.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
At least 3-5 years of experience in PR or equivalent positions.
