Reporting to the Head of Strategy, your mission from day one will be driving the growth of one of the fastest-growing start-ups in Vietnam.
Your Responsibilities will include but are not limited to
*** Strategy
• Conduct market research, collaborate with internal departments, business partners and clients to gather insights and formulate business growth strategies.
• Gather market intelligence and perform benchmarking to conduct quarterly market update reports.
• Manage market database and report library for cross-functional use.
*** PMO Office
• Assist the Head of Strategy and the CEO in overseeing and tracking the progress of key strategic projects and department KPIs.
• Be responsible for the preparation of bi-annually business review meetings.
o Co-ordinate with functional leaders (Head of departments or C-levels) to prepare the agenda, content, data metrics and dashboards.
o Extract the insights and summarize key action plans.
• Follow up with functional leaders to track the work progress, identify bottlenecks, provide support in problem-solving when necessary.
*** Investor relations
• Lead the preparation of quarterly Board of Directors meeting.
o Co-ordinate with functional leaders (Head of departments or C-levels) to prepare the agenda, content, data metrics and dashboards.
o Extract the insights and summarize key action plans.
o Document and keep control of Board meeting minutes.
• Assist the Head of Strategy and CEO in Board related agenda.
