Job Description
Job overview
Understand the goals and values of the Company's solutions to complete tasks to achieve common values.
Meeting and exchanging with users of the system to grasp real requirements and market needs.
Exchanging, discussing with the team to collectively grasp information from customers and the market, to then propose solutions and specify the tasks to be done.
Preliminary design, writing, upgrading, adjusting and mastering documents used by the teams in the process of performing tasks.
Directly test the product before handing it over to Customers or other departments.
Main responsibilities and duties
Market Understanding: Deeply comprehend customer needs, competition, and industry challenges to inform decision-making.
Building Solutions: Convert market insights into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with product vision and customer expectations through effective communication with teams.
Product Release: Actively engage in product launches, refining strategies based on real-world feedback from customers.
Measurement and Improvement: Continuously adjust strategies for constant improvement and alignment with evolving objectives.

Qualifications and experiences
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience.
