JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage daily activities of Operations Director including planning and management of meetings, workshops, conferences, correspondence, document filling, reporting, and other general secretarial duties, as directed.
- Organize Daily, Weekly, Monthly review meetings of Operations functions and corresponding review presentations
- Maintain file register and filing system in keeping with established systems and procedures.
- Monitor and report Operation KPIs
- Obtain, monitor and review Operations Cost, Recovery Cost
- Monitor performance progress with management.
- Lead the visual Management and KPI displaying in Operations
- Coordinate internal and external events.
- Set up and maintain document systems.
- Set up work procedures.
- Liaison with internal and external contacts as required.
- Coordinate the flow of information from Operation Director to other departments.
- Undertakes basic information gathering, as directed, and compiles data for entry; enters and/ or verifies data, as directed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by the Line Manager
- Work location: 11 Street 8, VSIP 1, Binh Hoa, Thuan An, Binh Duong
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Good at verbal and written communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Time-management and organizational skills.
- Good at interpersonal skill, problem-solving skill, persuading skill, influencing skill and project management skill.
- Maintain the confidentiality of the information, Initiative, Reliability
- Stress tolerance
