Mô tả công việc
• Market Research: Keep constant tabs on competitors and what campaigns are relevant to our target audience.
• Brand Promotion: Create and implement online and offline marketing campaigns, advertising, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
• Trade Marketing: Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective trade marketing programs, including trade promotions, in-store displays, and merchandising strategies to boost product sales.
• Graphic Design: Create visually compelling marketing materials, including graphic design, and execute marketing campaigns designed to elevate brand awareness and drive online and offline sales.
• Data Analysis: Analyze marketing data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future marketing initiatives.

Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• Professional fluency in English.
• At least 3-4 years of brand and trade marketing experience in the FMCG industry, particularly in personal care and baby product categories.
• Strong knowledge of the industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
• Experience in using marketing and design tools, creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns. Please include portfolio with photos and videos you created.
• Strong knowledge of social media eg. FB, IG, Tiktok, Zalo. Please include links to social media pages you used to manage.
• Advertisement buying experience. Please demonstrate results of advertisements you created.
• Proficiency in data analysis and marketing analytics tools.
• Project and budget management skills for effective planning and execution.
Applicants please prepare send your portfolio along with your resume demonstrating design and editing skills, as well as brand and marketing performance/results.
