Mô tả công việc
Lead the development and execution of integrated 360 degrees marketing campaigns of brands/ portfolio in-charge using the most relevant and modern touchpoints. Experienced in Media Strategy is a plus.
Identify and work-out relevant consumer and shopper insights.
Run effectively Advertising and Consumer Promotion programs both in On & Off-trade channels.
Work closely with the all-relevant Agencies and the Team for detailing, implementation and monitoring the campaigns and plans.
Analyze and monitor program efficiencies and effectiveness to ensure targets are achieved.
Lead development of new products/ brands
Monitor and track brands market share & performance to identify risks & opportunities.
Perform monthly gathering, analysis, and reporting of consumer and trade data including sales volumes, market share, penetration/ distribution, stock-out, and inventory.
Assist Trade Team in developing Trade Framework Plan and as well as merchandising under the Brand Platform
Identify and work-out relevant consumer and shopper insights.

Work Experience
2+ years of working experience in Branding
Experienced in brand management and development and execution of Media strategy, innovation and creative ideation process.
Skills required
Having knowledge of Marketing techniques and concepts and business practices in Vietnam.
Experience working in the beverage industry (beer or non-beer) or FMCG is an advantage.
English oral and written communication skills
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, using software of design is an advantage.
Education
University/College degree in Marketing or equivalent training.
