Mô tả công việc
Manage the coordination with Clients, Medical Providers in Medical Check-up Services.
Provide dedicated support to the Head of Department to ensure all executive and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively.
Contract/Process implementation with Clients and Medical Providers.
Prepare Medical Check-up proposals for clients.
Coordinating with HR and Medical Providers to arrange check-ups for our clients.
Assist clients in booking Check-up appointments.
Support clients during check-up campaigns at Hospitals/Clinics.
Collect Medical reports, scan and upload them into system.
Proceed survey, and prepare the final report.
Follow up on the project timeline with the internal project and IT team.
Other tasks are assigned by the Company.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree.
Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
Good negotiation skill
Be able to work under pressure
Presentation skills and be able to give professional advice
Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
It will be an advantage if you have: Medical background
