Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager with a strong
background in B2B sales to drive the growth and expansion of our SaaS digital workplace products. The
ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record
in business development and sales within the SaaS industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Strategy
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet company growth objectives.
Identify and target new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategy and identify potential partnerships. - Sales and Revenue Growth
Drive B2B sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and growth goals.
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients. - Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Gather feedback from clients to improve product offerings and service delivery. - Marketing & Product Knowledge
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Represent GapoWork at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Create and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales materials to potential clients.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the SaaS and digital
workplace sectors.
Provide input and feedback to the product development team to enhance product features and functionality. - Team Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development & customer support.
Contribute to a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
Mentor and support junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field;
- Proven experience in business development and B2B sales within the SaaS or technology industry;
- Strong understanding of the digital workplace and SaaS markets;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills;
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners;
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
