Mô tả công việc
Hebrosntar Vietnam Co., Ltd., headquartered in District 7, Ho Chi Minh City needs to find 2 freelancers in Hanoi to support the following work for an event taking place in August in Hanoi.
Event was supported by Ministry of Construction of Vietnam and Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of Korea.
Job descriptions:
- Conducting business matching activities including compiling buyers/ visitors and contacting potential buyers/ visitors via cold calls and emails (limited time call, 5 days estimated, from 22nd July, 2024)
- Event logistics (setup, assist), preparing items before implementing event such as: tables, podiums, shelves, TV, leaflets, etc. on 27th and 28th August, 2024.
- Providing support to facilitate connections between clients and potential business partners.

Yêu cầu
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, (IELTS 6.0 to above)
- Ability to conduct cold calls and compose effective emails.
- Have related experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Available to work full-time for the specified duration (27th and 28th August)
- Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel, Internet Browser software.
- Agile and responsible - Has good communication skills and can work well with team members (team members including Vietnamese, Indonesian and Korean)

Benefits :
- Salary for 5 call days and 2 event days: fix payment is 300,000 VND per day, total 7 days is 2,100,000 VND.
- Bonus 150,000 VND per each successful visitor to event (due to limited data, estimate bonus is 7,500,000 VND)
- You can work from home for call days, participating in events (full time) for 2 days 27, 28 Aug, 2024 in Học viện cán bộ quản lý xây dựng và đô thị AMC.
- Free meal during event day, allowance for phone fee is 200,000 VND.
- Working hour: 8:00 to 17:00.
