Qualifications:
2 years experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen.
Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with menu design and cost control.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
Creative mindset with a passion for culinary arts.
