1. Stock on hand
Help the store to control stock in store to meet with company's IV budget by finding risks when visit stores.
Solutions given to control stock on hand.
2. Internal theft
Investigate and review CCTV if store has poor stock take result following LPM instructions and actions for that store.
Communicate with staff involved and seek compensation as directed by AM or SM.
Reduce the number of case of internal theft by reviewing CCTV, following up LP procedures...
3. External theft
Identify individual or group of people who come to store and steal goods.
Share pictures of thieves among stores.
Talk and work with police to have them involve in theft cases.
Assist SM to report theft cases to Police Dept.
4. Fire fighting
Help store to receive fire-fighting police if they visit the store.
Ensure all fire-fighting tools and equipment is fully equipped at the store.
Ensure all newly joint CSRs must know "how to use fire extinguisher."
Conduct fire drill at the office once per year and at stores if law requires.
5. Guard management
Comment on guard service whenever visit store.
Manage them to ensure those provide such a good service to stores.
Meet guard's commander/director from time to time to improve service or complaint issues.
6. Motorbike stolen.
Reduce (control) number of cases of motorbike stolen.
Provide lock devices on time for stores.
Remind CSRs to give lock to customer from time to time.
Coordinate with Police, guard company and customer about stolen bike, motorbike if has any.
7. CCTV
Ensure 100% CCTV at store is operated well and supervised.
Manage the change of location or add more cameras for store.
8. Protect company's interests.
In any cases, ensure the LPD is protecting the interests of all stores and company together with a team of loss prevention.
