JOB DESCRIPTION
Write Ads copy, setup of all campaigns, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CPP, ROAS, CPC,...)
Stay up-to-date with trends and test variations of ads to determine the best performing
Manage and optimize Ad Revenue, analyze the market and keep informed of key trends and best practices to implement
Propose improvements and new ways to Product teams on how to better integrate ad formats
Use market/ product research to get ideas for in house products
Find ideas, stay up-to-date with trends, translate product ideas into detailed requirements and follow up with design team, in charge of product development
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
Knowledge of the various paid marketing channels, including paid search, retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook or Google AdWords )
Have experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.
Good at English and communication
Keen eye for design
Ability to do basic graphic design work is a plus
Detailed-oriented and organized
Enjoys learning new things
