• Purchasing of materials and services to support O&M activities at the lowest cost using procurement processes that maintain consistency with schedule requirements
• Interpret production schedules, purchase requisitions and other documents to coordinate purchasing activities with the organization's current and anticipated demand for goods and materials
• Assists with creation of Bidders List
• Identify, research, and evaluate suppliers that meet the organization's standards of price, quality, timing, and reliability of supply
• Issue the Request for Quotation in accordance with technical and commercial requirements
• Expedite the quotations and perform the commercial bid clarifications as required
• Negotiate for best price, delivery, terms and conditions
• Perform commercial bid evaluation and issue purchase orders for materials and services, monitoring timely issue and approval
• Ensure all purchase orders are complete and reference all necessary conditions and deliverables, including signatures, marking, packaging, payment, documentation, and shipment details
• Ensure effective communications among procurement disciplines and internal departments
• Update procurement status reports regularly
• Ensure the Vendor provides documentation when required
• Manage Purchase Order / Service Order Close Out
• Ensure effective management of procurement procedures and code of conduct as established by Premier
• Perform any other C&P duties assigned by the Company
