This role is ideal for a PR & Marketing Executive with a strong focus on social platforms (70%) while contributing to broader marketing initiatives (30%). You will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering successful digital media campaigns while collaborating on integrated marketing projects alongside the Marketing Team.
Content Strategy & Optimization:
Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas for content.
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize for maximum engagement.
Ensure content consistency with brand guidelines, addressing business goals and audience needs.
Stay up-to-date with content trends on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, and apply content marketing best practices.
Digital Media Campaigns:
Plan and execute digital media campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, search engines, display advertising).
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
Develop and maintain the content calendar across all platforms, ensuring timely and strategic content delivery.
Create, adjust, and manage engaging and relevant content, aligned with brand guidelines.
Collaboration & Support:
Actively work with the other teams in content planning, screenwriting, designing, etc.
Support other marketing activities if needed, such as out-reaching support and event support.
Contribute to event planning and execution.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, English or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, including social media management, and content creation.
Experience in video production is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.
