Role and Duties
Assist with general administrative tasks for the Commercial team.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Assist in preparing lease agreements, documentation, and other commercial contracts.
Record and maintain minutes for customer liquidation meetings.
Assist in coordinating between inter-departments of a Lease agreement.
Input and maintain data in commercial databases.
Assist in managing tenant relationships and addressing inquiries.
Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed.
