Compliance And Risk Management OfficerVietnam International Leasing Company (VILC),

1. To assess internal regulations on appropriateness of and compliance with the law, and making amendments if necessary
2. To assist the related departments to develop and review internal regulations, ensuring compliance with regulations of law; deal with any complication that arises during such compliance as specified in the Company's internal regulations
3. To establish procedure for formulation and implementation of the risk management policy
4. To create and implement the risk limits, proposing risk limit allocation
5. To analyze and give warning about the safety of the Company against potential risk,
6. To make reports on the risk management to head office and authorities
7. Other jobs as assigned from time to time by Directors
