Qualifications:
• Minimum 1-3 years' experience in architecture design.
• Experience in mixed-use, hospitality and cultural projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Concept Architect, with a strong portfolio showcasing your conceptual design work.
• Proficiency in design software and tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software.
• Exceptional design and visualization skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas through sketches, diagrams, and 3D renderings.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, sustainability, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think creatively, challenge conventions, and explore unconventional design solutions.
• Ambitious with good communication and interpersonal skills.
