Participate in implementing communication activities: Develop and execute communication plans to establish, maintain, and develop public relations and media relations (press, KOLs, influencers, etc.).
Search for and book Models, KOC, KOLs, Influencers, etc., suitable for the brand.
Generate ideas to collaborate with other brands to increase brand recognition.
Plan and negotiate suitable sponsorship programs aligned with the brand direction.
Collaborate with agencies to implement communication activities.
Manage and develop the brand: Support communication to relevant parties, write PR articles, organize brand introduction press conferences (if any), post on internal media channels, send brand updates to partners, etc.
Generate ideas, plan, and implement internal communication programs.
Learn and register for awards and certifications suitable for the brand's communication strategy at each stage. • Update trends, understand target customer insights for the brand. • Propose and implement community responsibility programs related to the brand direction. • Manage brand reputation and handle communication crises (if any).
Policy procedures: Contribute to building, supplementing, and improving procedures and policies related to the position.
Implement, manage, and report on tasks.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Participate in building and planning product launches, PR, Content - Marketing to promote the brands distributed by the company.
Responsible for planning and implementing Marketing, advertising for product lines.
Responsible for external text content, website, internal publications, etc. Edit announcements, press releases, news & articles.
Draft content, edit, and work with designers to complete company and brand data: flyers, introduction profiles, catalogs, etc.
Search, implement, negotiate sponsorship programs, exhibition fairs to enhance the company's brand image and brands.
Propose and implement tasks to improve article quality, website and fanpage traffic.
Research suitable market segments for each type of company product.
Provide complete and timely reports on work to the Marketing department.
Create content for the company's communication channels.
Build and manage content on the website and other social media pages (Fanpage, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.) of the company.
Write SEO-standard articles based on assigned keywords and topics. Write PR articles, press releases, etc., as required (including content, images, illustrative videos if available).
Create, edit, publish, and share content, establishing optimization for increased visibility.
Update, analyze customer needs, and propose new content for development.
Contribute ideas, collaborate with other departments to build content for marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative marketing department to produce content according to the brand strategy for each product on various platforms: Facebook, TikTok, Zalo.
Generate ideas for scripts, concepts, image briefs, etc., for content on TikTok.
Provide regular reports and report incidents as requested by superiors.
