1. Sales & Marketing Campaigns Communication
- Develop and lead the content for sales campaigns & marketing campaigns that align with business goals, driving brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Oversee coordination with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of multi-channel campaigns (stores, web/app, social, OOH, PR..).
- Lead performance monitoring to optimize campaigns' result, ensuring all key metrics and business objectives are met.
2. Social Media Management
- Direct social media strategy across all company channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Manage external suppliers and internal teams to deliver high-quality visuals and content for campaigns.
- Oversee content creation and ensure alignment with the company's brand values and objectives.
3. Branding & Customer Relations
- Develop branding strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement.
- Lead public relations initiatives to build stronger connections between the brand and customers to drive loyalty and satisfaction.
- Ensure consistency accross all customer touchpoints to align with the brand's image and enhance the overall customer experience.
4. PR & KOL Coordination
- Lead PR activities to enhance the brand's visibility and reputation in the market.
- Identify and manage relationship with KOLs, ensuring alignment with the brand's objectives.
- Develop influencer campaigns and monitor performance to maximize brand impact.

Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications and relevant fields is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in content manager
- Strong knowledge of various aspects of content marketing for brand building and sales-driven goals
- Excellent writing and research abilities with a knack for quickly grasping new concepts
- Highly flexible/open-minded, resourceful and practical
- Advanced English skill, both in speaking and writing skills
- Bachelor degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications and relevant fields is preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in content manager
- Strong knowledge of various aspects of content marketing for brand building and sales-driven goals
