Thakral One is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Core Banking Subject Matter Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and expertise in core banking systems like Avaloq, T24 or Flexcube, processes, and technologies. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will play a crucial role in guiding the development, implementation, and optimization of core banking solutions to meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Proven experience (minimum of 8 years) working in core banking systems or technology roles within the banking or financial services industry.
In-depth knowledge of core banking systems, including but not limited to, Temenos T24, FIS Core Banking Solutions, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of banking processes and regulations, with specific expertise in areas such as deposits, loans, payments, and customer relationship management.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Banking Professional (CBP) or Certified Core Banking Professional (CCBP) would be an advantage. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
