Non-financial Aspect
- Ensure credit onboarding and ongoing monitoring are processed and delivered within the agreed level of SLA, accuracy and within discretions and compliant with procedures/ policies/ regulations
- Internal control of operation process
- Well quality and accuracy of documentations transactions and reports
- Achievement of required training, number of customer complaints from Business Unit
- Audit findings of scope of work
Professional requirement
- Familiar with internal and external regulations in Taiwan and Vietnam
- Possess of working experience in credit admin, trade finance, accounting, etc. and capacity of management.
Most challenging and difficult parts
Need to be familiar with the internal and external regulations of Taiwan and Vietnam, personnel management and training, and work efficiency requirements.
Requirements
- University, commerce or business related majors are preferred.
- At least 10 years working experience in credit admin
- Language skill English (Intermediate), Mandarin (Intermediate) is plus
- Internal audit and control certificate is preferred.
