Mô tả công việc
Handle tickets to support customers via live chat and calls.
Clarify customer complaints and provide the best solutions to resolve their issues.
Improve the current support workflow and propose new workflows to retain customers, earn 5-star reviews, and reduce the churn rate.
Optimize current posts and create new help desk articles to help customers easily find guidelines for using the app.
Collect and report the problems that customers often encounter to give suggestions to improve the product.
Execute other tasks and projects assigned by the Management Team.

Yêu cầu
At least 6-months experience in supporting digital/Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products
Proficient English skills (IELTS > 6.0)
Effective and positive communication with customers, team members, and managers
Ability to adapt and respond to different characters, and maintain calmness when dealing with stressed or upset customers
Good problem-solving, logical thinking, and decision-making skills
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS is a plus
Proficient English skills (IELTS > 6.0)
Effective and positive communication with customers, team members, and managers
Ability to adapt and respond to different characters, and maintain calmness when dealing with stressed or upset customers
Good problem-solving, logical thinking, and decision-making skills
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JS is a plus
