Mô tả công việc

• Receive shipment information, check documents (tax rate, HS code, regulatory documents and circulars related to shipments that need to be declared at HQ), conduct customs declaration on the system and monitor customs clearance of export/import goods.
• Carry out procedures for applying for C/O, inspection, quarantine, KBHC, announcement/self-declaration... depending on the nature of the goods.
• Perform tasks related to specialized inspection of relevant agencies and ministries for shipments.
• Monitor transport vehicles, garage debts, customer debts and solve arising related to other departments.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth work.
• Some other requirements during the working process will be discussed in detail during the face-to-face interview.

Yêu cầu

• Graduated from colleges and universities majoring in economics, import and export, foreign trade, maritime, transportation, etc.
• Experience in handling complex shipments (MMTB declaration, spare parts, lines, chemicals, etc.) is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience (C/O, KBHC, HQ declaration)
• Proficient in using ECUS/VNACCS software.
• Foreign language: basic English to read and understand texts, write emails
• Be careful, honest, responsible, withstand pressure and have the skills to handle problems that arise.
