- Develop and implement data solution, architecture, including data models, database designs, data integration, and data storage solutions.
- Define and manage data governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, software developers, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data professionals, including data engineers, data scientists, and analysts.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical expertise during the presales process.
- Participate in client meetings, assist in preparing detailed proposals, develop presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept projects to showcase the company's capabilities.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the data capabilities.
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure successful project delivery.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer and 1 year of experience as a Lead/Team lead Data Engineer.
- Proven experience as a Data Architect, Data Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Experience with data modeling, database design, and data integration.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, data management, and data security principles.
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
- Knowledge of data warehousing solutions and business intelligence tools.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques.

- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
Nice to have:
- Certification in data architecture or related fields.
- Experience with MicroStrategy is a big plus.
- Previous experience in a role with significant client-facing responsibilities.
- Highly organized with project management skills, team-oriented
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python.
- Experience with one or more reporting tools and large-scale data storage platforms.
Salary: Up to 70M
- Probation salary is 100% of the official salary.
