Lead, mentor, and support a team of 5 data entry personnel.
Collect ticket information from websites provided by the company. Buy the tickets as required by manager's instructions.
Fill out reports using pre-made templates of team members and yourself and submit them to the manager at the end of each shift.
Complete other tasks as requested by the manager.
Communicate regularly with the direct manager to report team performance, issues, and progress.
Monitor and track the team's performance, and collect data on their output and quality.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports and data.
Provide feedback to the team to help improve efficiency.
Complete data entry tasks yourself when not engaged in leadership duties.
Carry out other responsibilities as required by management.
WORKING TIME:
5 night working shifts a week. From 3PM to 0AM.
1 hour of break in any time of the shift.
You will have TWO random days off/week, this will be decided by the company.
