1. Build a network for business as well as good relationships with potential customers for business development
2. Coordinate with internal teams namely procurement, solution design, operation team, and YCH group for detailed solutions and customer proposal presentations.
3. Present services favorably and in a structured professional way face-to-face; listen to customer requirements and present appropriately to make a sale.
4. Maintain and develop relationships with new customers for new opportunities and grow more business with customers as their long-term business partner
5. Negotiate the terms of an agreement to make contract terms reasonable and close a sale.
6. Research the market and related products for market intelligence to have the right business strategy for winning biddings and the company's business development.
7. Work with the operations team as well as other supporting teams to have optimum costing and qualified services for RFQ to win business.
8. Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions to grow more business with customers
9. Act as a facilitator between the company and customers to solve issues, and complaints from customers as well as orient customers to reasonable results for the company and better service satisfaction of customers.
10. Do other tasks assigned by the Superior.
