1. Receive the new develop project from customers to building sample for Customer and meeting with them for the confirming
2.Regular meeting and discuss with customer on the new type of Project (Flat sheet, Die cut, Modeled) and then run Insole process to supply good material.
3. Clarify and confirm the Fabric, cutting direction, PU, H/T Logo, Sublimation, Pad printing, silk printing information with customer to ensure we are on same page.
4.Transfer the information of project to Tech team for creating the 2D B/P then prepare finish insole part to customer
5. Send the 2D B/P to customer for approval, handling the comments then make sample to them
6.Collaborate with Tech team to open the sample Mold, Cutting die, HT logo, HF logo and/or Sublimation, Digital printing, Pad printing, direct printing artwork then build sample to customer for reviewing
7. Send the trial mold sample to customer, check the comments, working with customer for sample size confirmation before running order request
8. Working with costing to cost out the product and provide the quotation to customer (new projects or cost option for comparison) for best option prefer.
9. Collaborate with Tech team to open the EST/ FSR Molds, Cutting dies H/T logo and/or HF logo, Sublimation, Digital printing, Screen printing, Pad printing then prepare insole part for T1 reviewing and get the confirmation before launching mass production
10. Prepare full size sample for customer confirming before launch production to make sure there is no any concern in production-line
11. Collaborate with Tech team, and Sample room and work with customer to set up product tolerance to mass production follow up the standard approval
12. Handover development information to each department for mass production (relate team alignment)
13. Work with Sales team to clarify on any info regarding development projects to ensure align or clear information
14. Speedily confirm the fabric, PU, logo for short lead time orders to catch the shipping of shoes in T1 factory
15. Check with customer for production forecast/ buy plan to help use well prepare raw material needed
16. Prepare transfer tech package (PC, sample order, color swatch, Pattern file, Logo file, sublimation file, 2D mold file, testing result and/or Product Exceptions, refer transferred SOP) and send to OCN or OID, OIN to follow up the first source's produce
17. Handle transfer in projects (get the info of PC, sample order, color swatch, Pattern file, Logo file, sublimation file, 2D mold file, testing result and/or Product Exceptions, refer transferred SOP) from OCN, OID and share to relate team(s) to follow up
the first-source's produce
18.Share the globally development to OCN, OID, OIN, SOP to learn each other on new projects
19. Hold PD new project evaluation meeting with other departments
20.Handling customer complaints during development/ production regarding product development then inform to relate team for
improving.
