JOB DESCRIPTION
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will actively support all operational
and administrative tasks across the Talent Acquisition & People Experience spectrum. This
assignment calls for a high level of ownership, confidentiality, and efficiency in handling the
end-to-end employee journey, from pre-onboarding to offboarding, and supporting all
recruitment activities, including employer branding & recruitment marketing activities.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have:
Minimum of 1-3 years of commercial experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR coordination role.
Strong English communication in both written & verbal
Tech-savvy, particularly well-versed in HR systems (HRIS, ATS)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specialty in Google Suites
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information, adhering to privacy and
security protocols.
A keen eye for detail, highly organized, detail-oriented, and a well-played team player.
Nice to Have:
Educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
Prior involvement in designing and implementing onboarding programs, employee lifecycle,
and employer branding initiatives.
