Assist in crafting detailed multi-platform digital media plans including social media and contents aligned with the communications strategy.
Coordinate with the marketing team on timelines, create content (including but not limited to emails, blogs, push notifications, and campaign naming).
Closely monitor campaigns, analyze and optimize as needed in order to deliver the most cost-efficient results; troubleshoot and raise issues as they arise.
Raise purchase orders aligned with media plans and approved budgets; manage planned versus actual spends on internal trackers.
Proactively propose recommendations to improve the performance of current and new campaigns to reach ambitious targets.
Generate and maintain detailed weekly campaign reports, end-of-campaign reports, detailing all observations, optimisations done, and recommendations moving forward.
Generate and maintain topline reports for benchmarking and monthly/quarterly reviews.
Work with vendor partners to constantly learn and improve on campaigns, and come up with fresh ideas.
