We are seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is essential in driving our B2B Pharma platform's brand visibility and engagement across digital channels. This position focuses on building and executing digital marketing strategies, content management, and analytical tasks to boost brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative, with a passion for driving marketing success.
Job Description:
- Plan, budget, and execute digital marketing and SEO strategies to improve brand
visibility and product promotion.
- Propose a master calendar for digital content across various platforms and
manage SEO, SEM, and Google Adwords campaigns to improve search engine
rankings.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Utilize data analytics to
support strategic adjustments and improve marketing effectiveness.
- Evaluate digital campaign effectiveness and budget use. Report insights and
adjustments needed.
- Coordinate with various departments to align marketing efforts and achieve
organizational goals.

- Support the creation and maintenance of high-quality, engaging content.
- Lead and optimize marketing campaign ROI and lead generation efforts.
- Ensure the delivery of effective and impactful marketing campaigns.
- Help produce promotional materials that effectively drive conversions.

Essential skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of six years of experience in Digital marketing, preferably in the
pharmaceutical sector.
- Experience in leading Digital marketing campaigns and content management.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and metrics tracking to support decision-making.
- Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
- Confident in communicating in English (spoken & written)
