Mô tả công việc
Job purpose: Support digital development team with admin/periodic tasks
Accountabilities:
1/ Sales Activity Management:
a. Power Apps:
Monitor and update the structure for SAM based on existing automatic flow.
Monitor and send weekly reports/reminders according to the existing template.
Support salesforce check/adjust results of activities when requested.
Fix app errors in the display interface and some minor errors (if any).
Summarize monthly data and prepare for the new month
b. AD Portal/mADP
Record and track support requests from users, send requests to IT and track IT request processing progress
Prepare documents/templates for SRM as required
Monitor and send weekly/monthly reports according to templates
Ad-hoc tasks
c. eMA
Load data from Excel to SharePoint using existing flow.
Monitor and support cases that encounter difficulties when operating/accessing
d. FYP/RYP Contest
Update/Adjust monthly data on app
Support when there are error reports
e. Other systems
Support CS Training: check cases that are reported as errors, support upload data, fix minor errors on app
Support/Check the periodic data update to Sharepoint using flow
