Preparing and examining the financial records and ensuring financial information is up to date and accurate.
- Ensure the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing accounts information.
- Maintains and balances overseas offices accounts by verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing trial balance, and reconciling entries.
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other documents.
- Manages the payroll processing for overseas offices.
- Prepare monthly journal entries and various account analyses.
- Assist in preparation of monthly schedule, quarterly audit schedule and budget preparation.
- Assist in preparation of fixed assets update and new additions.
- Protects the organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Assist in implementing internal controls, policies, and procedures.
